Can I order through the website only?
No! Besides ordering directly on our website, you can also place your order by inboxing us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp with your complete delivery address and contact number.
How can I place an order via Website or WhatsApp?
On Website: Select your favorite product, click 'Add to Cart', proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery details choosing Cash on Delivery.
On WhatsApp: Simply send us a screenshot of the product you want to purchase on our official WhatsApp number, and our support team will place the order for you.
When I place an item in my cart, is it reserved for me?
No, placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. To secure your item before it goes out of stock, please complete the checkout process.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on Zyva Jewels?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. You pay only when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
How many days does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days for major hubs and around 3–5 business days for other main cities across Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.
What is Zyva Jewels' Return & Exchange Policy?
Eligible items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect. Please note that Zyva Jewels operates under a strict no-refund policy, but exchanges for damaged items are fully supported. Products must be in original condition and packaging.
Are there any special tips for maintaining artificial jewellery?
To prolong the luster and life of your jewellery, store each piece wrapped in a soft cloth or tissue. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, body sprays, and harsh chemicals.
